It's not the first time I've seen this episode and I doubt it will be the last, but every time I do I get that WOW moment. That speech of Picard's at the end is incredible. The moment he says, "Your honor, Starfleet was founded to seek out new life: well, there it sits!" is on par with when he tells us how many lights there are.
